In that case you will charge. That doesn’t mean charging me if you need to replace ONT of anything else leading to your router.

Our idiot neighbor's idiot mowing service damaged the Fios junction in the utility easement. Hubs nearly fell into the 2 ft hole left by the loosened cover. This is esp dangerous for kids and small pets!
