    @VZWSupport I was due refund last July and told at the time it I would be mailed a check. Now I called customer service to be told it was returned to directly to my checking account. It was not. I am now in a never ending loop of holds. Can anyone resolve my issue!

    @VerizonSupport I cancelled premium channel online and now they disconnected my internet, very bad customer experience, bad customer service. Why disconnect internet while resetting my STB? Very frustrated.

    Once again, @VerizonSupport turned out to be the WORST customer service around. No, don’t tell me to DM you—did that, on hold over 2 hours, hung up on twice, etc. Problem remains.

    @VerizonSupport By personal equipment you mean that Verizon connectivity was working but it was my equipment like pc that had issues. In that case you will charge. That doesn’t mean charging me if you need to replace ONT of anything else leading to your router.

    @VerizonSupport Thanks so much. I was so frustrated but just as I was tweeting, I got a second call from a very excellent customer service/tech who went 120 percent above and beyond to get it fixed. Treat your people well. You’ve got some good ones, esp R’Shon. He did a great job.

    @ScrollinAllDay Same thing happened to me with Comcast. No sir, we can’t help you. So I went with Verizon. They called me back after I had it installed. Yeah no thanks

    Is @Verizon the worst company? I’ve been trying for an hour to get customer service. My WiFi is completely out. I finally gave up waiting & pressed the option for a call back and when it came it was another robot & when it asked me to press 1 to verify I was there, it didn’t

    Verizon is blowing my life rn, I had a power outage TWO NIGHTS AGO and my FiOS hasn’t come back so I can’t use their app and their call line is a robot that is frustrating as anything. @verizon @verizonfios @VerizonSupport

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @lehkycharm I get it, but ESPN sucks. I pay for NHL Center ice on Xfinity and get ESPN ultimate from Verizon. I'm paying out the *** for all that btw.
