There have been recent phone and network issues reported across the country, depending on your carrier. The largest issue involved a nationwide Verizon outage that also impacted parts of Texas. Users reported phones stuck in “SOS mode” and an inability to make calls, send texts, or use data. At its peak, more than 175,000 users reported problems, with areas like Dallas and Houston among those most affected. Verizon has stated the outage has been resolved.
