    @VerizonSupport iPhone 13 Pro; reception is poor in my home and neighborhood/ around Alexandria Virginia. In DC it’s full bars though. Home has many windows and wood construction, so shouldn’t be a problem. I’m just surprised that we have poor reception living in a major metro. Thx for reply!

    So after upgrading Routers to fix @VerizonFios problem it’s worse. I think my new router doesn’t reconnect when the service *****. Waiting for call back today but investigating @CoxComm for NoVa as an alternative. Thoughts on #reliability over @Verizon my Virginia friends...

    So now I’m in limbo until @Verizon validates if there are problems on the box. And if there are I basically upgraded my routers for no reason. Am thinking I shouldn’t have had to press to find there were error messages on the box on the side of my house #fios #fail

    @VZWSupport Your sales person GAVE me the hum device. I didn’t want it but he said it was all free. I was NEVER told about a contract, monthly charges or a termination fee. I would have been happy to stay with Verizon if the termination fee was waived but you wouldn’t do it so you lost me

    @verizon your customer service representatives are heartless and awful! You have lost a loyal customer because you wouldn’t take responsibility for misleading me. You could have waived the $115 termination fee

    I paid 133 with no idea what i was being charged for or what my monthly payments are. Management of Verizon is clearly at fault and I’m sorry lizzette has to be on her own without help as she’s so new in this position. I’m supposed wait and see if the trade in deal was done.

    @MarcusReports @Oriana0214 @TingInternet 3) Ting's market entry has got Verizon running around saying they too will deliver fiber to the home .... after ignoring Alexandria for oh, a decade. Expect Comcast to start offering deals and lower rates. Not sure how fast Comcast will improve customer service.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @lehkycharm I get it, but ESPN sucks. I pay for NHL Center ice on Xfinity and get ESPN ultimate from Verizon. I'm paying out the *** for all that btw.
