No improvement in the past six hours. No emails about the patchy service, and it’s not possible to get anyone on the phone 4 an explanation. Not a good strategy.

Home has many windows and wood construction, so shouldn’t be a problem. I’m just surprised that we have poor reception living in a major metro. Thx for reply!

Did a deal with Spectrum, they paid off the phones, $30 per line, so bill down to $60 per month, plus 2 years of Internet at $30/mo. Cut my internet in half.
