    @verizonfios @VerizonSupport Looks like FIOS went down about 5-10 min ago. Both hardwire and wifi down; restarting router has no effect. Seeing others nearby are also having outages.

    @verizonfios I know the world is falling down around us all, but the Verizon Move Your Services site is non functional, and the Call Center and Chat function both keep limited hours. Some of us are trying to move! #smh

    @VerizonSupport iPhone 13 Pro; reception is poor in my home and neighborhood/ around Alexandria Virginia. In DC it’s full bars though. Home has many windows and wood construction, so shouldn’t be a problem. I’m just surprised that we have poor reception living in a major metro. Thx for reply!

    @VZWSupport Your sales person GAVE me the hum device. I didn’t want it but he said it was all free. I was NEVER told about a contract, monthly charges or a termination fee. I would have been happy to stay with Verizon if the termination fee was waived but you wouldn’t do it so you lost me

    @verizon the sales person told me the Hum was free then you charged me for it. When I asked to stop the service you wanted $115 termination fee! I never wanted that service in the first place! Your greed has cost you a customer

    Overall my experience completely changed how I view @VZWSupport now and am contemplating on returning this new iPhone and switching to another carrier. This was the my worst customer service experience ever, and took it to Twitter because I don’t have service to call directly.

    @VZWSupport I’m not going to DM you so you can hide your piss poor cell service... I tried to pay my Verizon Bill through my cell phone and reception was so bad it couldn’t go through and I was sitting on my couch at home... so explain to me how your service is so great

    I wonder what @Verizon pays their customer service employees. How much time per employee would I need to waste per day until they start waiving fees and being reasonable. I can do this every day forever. I'm irritating.

    well, if anyone’s trying to reach me that doesn’t have an iPhone, your message will not get to me Verizon representative messed up my phone in person, spent two hours on the phone trying to fix it, and now had 3 separate agents in the @VerizonSupport who have stopped responding

    @ps2604 @OfficialLoganK @Starlink Any enganagement with a major will display this very point. Verizon is imploding and upgrades can turn into weeklong clusterflooks, whereas Starlink, Tesla and others just work, with the hassle removed (never present in the first place)

    AT&T guy at target stopped us and told us he can get all 6 lines for $163 a month for 36 months and that our bill would go down because our phones would be paid off. Seemed too good to be true…curious though. Verizon is expensive.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    @Emarged My current ThinkPad has a Verizon modem and SIM slot, but they no longer sell the service plan for it. I just use the 100GB of hotspot included in my phone plan.

    @Verizon I left AT&T because they had so many billing errors. I was assured by my Verizon salesman Ricky that ALL promotions he offered would be honored. Yet here we are! My promised bill amount $207 per month is now $261! Even after a review and input from Ricky.. bill is wrong!
