    @MarcusReports @Oriana0214 @TingInternet 3) Ting's market entry has got Verizon running around saying they too will deliver fiber to the home .... after ignoring Alexandria for oh, a decade. Expect Comcast to start offering deals and lower rates. Not sure how fast Comcast will improve customer service.

    I feel like this is just a systemic way to have customers pay more for services as I’ve been having this issue ever since having Verizon from the start. They do not honor their promotions, and @VerizonSupport this will not be rectified with any “bill credits” this time

    @VerizonSupport By personal equipment you mean that Verizon connectivity was working but it was my equipment like pc that had issues. In that case you will charge. That doesn’t mean charging me if you need to replace ONT of anything else leading to your router.

    @DanRayburn @VZWSupport Yah that's a @VerizonPolicy #fail especially since it cuts you off from having a "known" number with established contacts AND having to change the data on all lit/documents. Can't change on legacy docs.

    @VZWSupport super frustrating, receive multiple texts re: supposed data overages as soon as I walk out my house. Makes no sense my phone uses 90% of a shared data plan for 2ppl & every 5min you tack on ANOTHER overage charge when Im not even using the phone. Please help.

    @MartyDowns @VZWSupport Turns out the only way to report a downed line to Verizon is on the phone. Can't enter your address online. Nope, you've got to get the life sucked out of you for 37 mins before a human confirms that it is indeed a problem that their cable is hanging in front of my driveway

    And now 7 hours later @VZWSupport I have 2 phones that do now work. This is unacceptable. 7 hours on the line with support and I can't use the new phone or the old phone because we hit max activation for the day. I expect to be compensated for lost time and service.

    @ps2604 @OfficialLoganK @Starlink Any enganagement with a major will display this very point. Verizon is imploding and upgrades can turn into weeklong clusterflooks, whereas Starlink, Tesla and others just work, with the hassle removed (never present in the first place)

    AT&T guy at target stopped us and told us he can get all 6 lines for $163 a month for 36 months and that our bill would go down because our phones would be paid off. Seemed too good to be true…curious though. Verizon is expensive.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @VerizonSupport my 5G Home Internet goes through stretches where internet is very slow on my laptop and phone. Both are connected to the Verizon wi-fi network but I go through stretches (weekday mornings before work frequently, among others) where I can't get responses. Help?

    @Emarged My current ThinkPad has a Verizon modem and SIM slot, but they no longer sell the service plan for it. I just use the 100GB of hotspot included in my phone plan.

    @Verizon I left AT&T because they had so many billing errors. I was assured by my Verizon salesman Ricky that ALL promotions he offered would be honored. Yet here we are! My promised bill amount $207 per month is now $261! Even after a review and input from Ricky.. bill is wrong!
