    @VerizonSupport Having to use a proprietary app to message people just in order to receive 1mb sized pictures and where support outright lies on forums stating that if you block someone on your phone they’ll be blocked in the app is unacceptable and this shouldn’t be a private conversation

    @VerizonSupport You can’t. Your secure chat team specifically said you can’t help me. I need Verizon to call me back, this is insane. I’m so over this and can’t even cancel my service because the app is always broken and you’re unreachable via phone.

    @VerizonSupport Like I said I’m not doing that this isn’t an issue with my phone if you look at your own forums this is an issue that many people are having. I have several blocked numbers that have been able to send me messages over the last few months on message+

    @VerizonSupport It is an internet issue. It worked fine on Xfinity. It’s a known Verizon issue. Is this a joke. It’s been all over the internet and you are saying it’s not your issue.

    I can assure you Comcast does not care. Roadblock after roadblock to avoid fixing a service they are supposed to be providing. @comcastcares. I’ve had to up my service to use my @Verizon hot spot just to work from home. Please @Verizon get on it and provide WiFi to my area

    Verizon still couldn’t fix my phone . Have to go to Apple Store tomorrow . Hopefully they can fix it . Right now I just have to deal with my apps everybody can text me on my Facebook Messenger for Nell until I go to the store Apple store mall if you want to contact me

    So I’m probably going to refuse shipment and get away from @att. Maybe go to @verizon @TMobile or @sprint who I think finally got their stuff together. I have unlimited everything and if I’m lucky get 2 bars of LTE. I’ve never had a chance for 5G. So many lies and misinformation

    Random Thought: one year from now @disneyplus is going to come out with something amazing to make people keep the subscription they’ve been getting free for the past year with some other service they have, like @verizon. They’ll get us one way or another 🤡

    @VerizonSupport I’ve left 2 messages for a call back through the automated support line and was told Wednesday that a supervisor would call in 10min. I wasted 15min with your social support chat. I need your customer service team to call me immediately. This is unacceptable.

    @LarryJones I was forced to get vaccinated by Verizon… we received emails as management that we had to get vaccinated and upload proof or we would be terminated. As a single mother, I complied and regretted it since. My daughter that did not get vaccinated has never had Covid. Me- 3 xs

    @wndyW1LL0w My parents just swapped their phones from Verizon to AT&T and it is way cheaper and they paid off their phones completely. We are swapping soon. My husband changed our internet to them when they moved into the area and it is literally 50% the cost of our old service for the same thing.

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon This literally happened to me as well. The Verizon agent kept saying “they can only do that over the phone” to just about every question we asked. He got rude and eventually walked away from us. He said “everything’s over the phone now, good bye” Something is wrong @Verizon

    So anyone else on Frontier (by Verizon!) having internet issues? Had to move to backup comms it was so bad.
