    @AmericansBetter Just ended our Comcast service this week. Their customer service rep totally misrepresented an offer and our ability to downgrade service when we wanted. We complained and customer service never called us back. Verizon paid our termination fees to switch to Fios.

    @VerizonSupport Fios . The service is great however I work from home and my vpn keeps dropping. At least 3 times a day . Worked with a nice tech but issue still exists.

    @verizon I went to your new nj store they are giving a better data plan and more up graded equipment than @att after @att sold me a stole new iPad 12 wouldn’t do anything to help after 8 loyal years I’ll be switching back @ATTHelp was no help at all

    And they will see if they can “make an exception” for a 5th line that I was told I was approved for when I got my 1st line. If this isn’t resolved tonight, I’ll be pricing out FIOS, and Verizon wireless for cell service as well as contacting the BBB & BPU. This is UNACCEPTABLE

    Waiting for AppleCare to call . To try to fix my phone  again mom tried 5 days ago to fix it one AppleCare an apple and Verizon they couldn’t fix it hopefully the geek squad on AppleCare can fix it.

    to fix that they couldn’t fix it so now they want a code which we couldn’t get now just charge my iPad and hopefully they can get the code there on my iPad going to Verizon now with my iPad on my phone My phones not letting me text or email right . Right now using apps .

    @VerizonSupport I’m trying to get home internet service and Verizon have to send engineer out, been trying to get an appointment for weeks now and no response or call from the engineer Department and CS can’t do nothing about it (been calling them every other days) 👎

    @petergyang Maybe they didn’t. Maybe someone is exploiting a vulnerability. Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
