Their customer service rep totally misrepresented an offer and our ability to downgrade service when we wanted. We complained and customer service never called us back. Verizon paid our termination fees to switch to Fios.

Maybe it is a bug like a routing or concurrency issue or a problem that exists only on certain servers or training sets or only when the model takes a certain path. Or only on certain networks like only Verizon network or something like that. Not everyone is seeing the problem. But I noticed that a lot of security researchers have experienced it.
