    @VZWSupport I really appreciate your service. Today I used my cellphone to call & receive one which I haven’t done with my previous carrier. All the calls were directed to voicemail before today, for the last 2/3 years when I am in my office.

    At&t not only allowed millions of people hack me and also put 14 extra cell numbers on my account that were not mine including my ex-boyfriend. Who only has Verizon for 20 years They destroyed my life. Then cut off my service for nonpayment!! Crucifixion!!

    Well, Internet is still out. Already called Verizon customer service over the phone. They said there's an outage in my area BUT their website says everything is all good in my area. Which is it, @Verizon?

    Random Thought: one year from now @disneyplus is going to come out with something amazing to make people keep the subscription they’ve been getting free for the past year with some other service they have, like @verizon. They’ll get us one way or another 🤡

    @VerizonSupport It is an internet issue. It worked fine on Xfinity. It’s a known Verizon issue. Is this a joke. It’s been all over the internet and you are saying it’s not your issue.

    @VerizonSupport I want an update on an potential outage of FiOS services in Deptford, NJ. A FiOS technician told me on Wednesday that we're going through an service outage BUT your website says there is no outage in my area. I want to know which is it? Is there an outage or not?

    @XfinitySupport @Xfinity Your company is the worst. You do nothing for long time customers but Jack up our bills. When we call to complain, it’s the same incompetent reps let me see what’s available. Instead of let me just apply the discount back Hey @Verizon want a customer?

    Verizon is a real **** company. Trying to get my bill down there is a plan that would drop it down but the guy at the store told my my iPads with cell service aren’t cell phones so I’m not eligible… wrf is the difference ?

    @dominos @IAmJericho I had a similar issue with Verizon, they give u some corporate answers and lame excuses. They DM to keep it hush so their error wouldn’t be out for all to see. Customer’s are KING and these big Corp seem to forget.

    @AmericansBetter Just ended our Comcast service this week. Their customer service rep totally misrepresented an offer and our ability to downgrade service when we wanted. We complained and customer service never called us back. Verizon paid our termination fees to switch to Fios.

    I'm in ssso much pain right now. My hard headed friend wants a paper invoice mailed to him.... I can't get him to understand how much freaking $$ he is wasting! I'm at #verizon ... He is going to spend over $100. for a single line of service! Big deal he is getting a"free phone"

    @VerizonSupport once again, Verizon shows me they don’t give a damn about their customers! Three people told me I’m getting a $20/line discount as a loyalty reward for nearly 24 years with them. The key point - they don’t actually give it to you. Now it’s only $10/line.

    @NicHulscher Bull ****. Verizon's map says I have G5. It won't even work in my ******* house. I have to use WIFI to make or receive a phone call. 3 years I've been trying to get a discount. WTF am I paying Verizon for services from my internet. Implant - good w/luck customer service.

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon Verizon stores are awful. Switch to Spectrum and save a bundle. Was paying Verizon around $140 for 2 lines & phones. Did a deal with Spectrum, they paid off the phones, $30 per line, so bill down to $60 per month, plus 2 years of Internet at $30/mo. Cut my internet in half.

    @GOATzievSZN @thechosenberg Personally I went Verizon tier 1 phone support ($10) > Government helpdesk > ($14) Helpdesk level 2 > ($18) System admin ($36)… The one thing that broke me out of the terrible pay was a security+. If you have a clean background, DoD is great and they also do remote.

    I was hitting 1200 Mbps and thought, wow, Verizon is really pushing n77 in Gatlinburg — then this happened. What surprised me was that n77 seemed like their go-to choice for the area, but it’s clear they weren’t done yet. They’re obviously not backing down from mmWave.

    @Verizon Midtown NYC - weekday mid-day wireless coverage for months now has been spotty or down. Paying for service I can’t render. What are you doing about it? Fix it!

    Early on, Verizon aggressively pursued its mmWave rollout. From what I’ve read, Verizon never actually claimed it would blanket the country with this spectrum — that perception was largely the result of their own aggressive marketing. At the time, without n77, deploying the backbone layer of 5G wasn’t yet viable. Rather than sit idle, they worked with what they had — their high-band spectrum. This was actually a financially prudent move; upgrading their entire grid to 5G before securing n77 would have meant costly rework down the line. The strategy made sense right up until the n77 auction changed the equation.
