    @VerizonSupport Fios . The service is great however I work from home and my vpn keeps dropping. At least 3 times a day . Worked with a nice tech but issue still exists.

    @AmericansBetter Just ended our Comcast service this week. Their customer service rep totally misrepresented an offer and our ability to downgrade service when we wanted. We complained and customer service never called us back. Verizon paid our termination fees to switch to Fios.

    @Xfinity is the absolute worst company. I wanted to stay with them but cancel my cable and just have internet but I get quoted at almost $100/month for just internet!! What a scam. ESPECIALLY when they advertise internet starting at 39.99/month. Switching to @verizonfios

    I can assure you Comcast does not care. Roadblock after roadblock to avoid fixing a service they are supposed to be providing. @comcastcares. I’ve had to up my service to use my @Verizon hot spot just to work from home. Please @Verizon get on it and provide WiFi to my area

    @ATT @ATTHelp Terrible customer service and online experience. Have sale to drive traffic to your site without any real intention of honoring offer. Paid for something on Friday, you cancel today This will start my transition away from att. Maybe @verizon @TMobile would do better

    @VerizonSupport You can’t. Your secure chat team specifically said you can’t help me. I need Verizon to call me back, this is insane. I’m so over this and can’t even cancel my service because the app is always broken and you’re unreachable via phone.

    Verizon still couldn’t fix my phone . Have to go to Apple Store tomorrow . Hopefully they can fix it . Right now I just have to deal with my apps everybody can text me on my Facebook Messenger for Nell until I go to the store Apple store mall if you want to contact me

    to fix that they couldn’t fix it so now they want a code which we couldn’t get now just charge my iPad and hopefully they can get the code there on my iPad going to Verizon now with my iPad on my phone My phones not letting me text or email right . Right now using apps .

    @ThrillaRilla369 Verizon SUCKS!! I signed for the Verizon Visa card to get a discount. Well guess what? Visa doesn't forward the auto payment to Verizon and now Verizon wants me to pay again for the same month! **** that! I'm going to T Mobile.

    @Verizon Here's my fear.... After a terrible diagnosis and having to max out a single credit card to pay for treatment, @Verizon tried to charge me a $10 change fee for simply giving them a new credit card and then kept me on the phone for 45 minutes while I changed it. **** you.

    I don’t think people realize how much market share Starlink is going to steal from Verizon/AT&T when they rollout direct-to-mobile satellite phone service in North America 📡 📱 One company can give you internet + phone connectivity GLOBALLY. Starlink will be a MASSIVE company.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
