    @verizon @VerizonSupport I just spent 15 minutes on the phone with one of your support techs who went through all this big hassle to verify my identity and THEN tells me he can’t help me. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    @VerizonSupport @Verizon I waited 2 weeks for a technician to come because I have such spotty Internet service… He finally arrives today and tells me there’s nothing he can do -He doesn’t work with DSL! Was supposed to get a call back but haven’t. Frustrated! #CustomerService

    Verizon still couldn’t fix my phone . Have to go to Apple Store tomorrow . Hopefully they can fix it . Right now I just have to deal with my apps everybody can text me on my Facebook Messenger for Nell until I go to the store Apple store mall if you want to contact me

    Found out today that my iPad was on a data plan with a term fee. Was pretty upset about it, but “Tyler” from @VZWSupport found a solution that was more than tolerable #satisfiedcustomer #welldone #ty

    @VZWSupport I need to talk to a supervisor! I paid extra money to ship a phone overnight. Get the phone and been on the phone for two days with support trying to get my sons phone activated. I’m now told it can take until Friday. My son suffers from PTSD anxiety.This isn’t right

    @VerizonSupport really thinking of switching. My Internet service drops all of my connected devices many times a day. Only here because I have DIRECTV. DIRECTV is way too expensive and my phone Internet and TV combined are well over $250 and I have no extra channels except HBO.

    So I’m probably going to refuse shipment and get away from @att. Maybe go to @verizon @TMobile or @sprint who I think finally got their stuff together. I have unlimited everything and if I’m lucky get 2 bars of LTE. I’ve never had a chance for 5G. So many lies and misinformation

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon Verizon stores are awful. Switch to Spectrum and save a bundle. Was paying Verizon around $140 for 2 lines & phones. Did a deal with Spectrum, they paid off the phones, $30 per line, so bill down to $60 per month, plus 2 years of Internet at $30/mo. Cut my internet in half.

    @Verizon former employee for 7 or 8 years Verizon has lost what I used as my main way to handle customer service and sales while working there and that's integrity. If I'm not satisfied with the outcome after tomorrow then I'm done and I know a lot of other people will also be done.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 12th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    There have been recent phone and network issues reported across the country, depending on your carrier. The largest issue involved a nationwide Verizon outage that also impacted parts of Texas. Users reported phones stuck in “SOS mode” and an inability to make calls, send texts, or use data. At its peak, more than 175,000 users reported problems, with areas like Dallas and Houston among those most affected. Verizon has stated the outage has been resolved. However, the exact cause was not fully explained, though it is believed to have been related to a network or software issue. Smaller outages and service disruptions have continued in some areas. Even after the main outage, some users may still experience issues due to: Network towers recovering or experiencing heavy traffic Devices not fully reconnecting to the network Ongoing regional service interruptions Phones attempting to connect to weak or unstable signals

    @grok @Jason I have been with Verizon for 23 years and I am done. I have to drive 2 hours to a corporate store to get help otherwise I deal with people who i cant understand and are not incitivised to help me. I cant wait for Starlink to make cell service.
