  I started canceling accounts with @USAA yesterday after 38 years with them. I have notices a steep decline in service over the last 8-10 years. Also their phone tree is insufferable.

  @CFPBoard My @USAA online access has been locked for 11 days (locked on 22March2026). I submitted my valid ID on 23March2026 & 27March2026. My ID was verified & "passed". Three escalations have been put in. I had to submit it again today, 02April2026. My account is still locked.

  @MikeyDiMercurio @USAA Still with, coming up on ~40 years. Homeowners, multiple cars, life insurance. I shop it around every now and then and they're still cheaper. Had a few minor claims here & there and no issues wit the resolution thereof.

  @USAA explain this to me. You deactivated my Quick Login and locked my online account when I applied for a credit card, then send me an email asking for my ID. I submitted my ID immediately but when I called your number, the only team that could assist me was outside (1/3)

  @USAA bank screwed me over. They lost documents pertaining to my dead mom's estate and then closed the account. Have now spoken to 7 different representatives who all say sorry can't help. I have filed a complaint with CFPB and about to take my 36 years of membership elsewhere.

  @tylerofxworld @Chainsafer0 USAA got all her money back. When she called the fraud department, they were literally watching her money being taken in real time they put a stop to it immediately and gave her, her money back she lost nothing in the long run. We're never leaving @usaa

  @MrCooper Rocket Mortgage that @USAA uses is so scummy when you overpay you have to call them to apply the overpayment to your principal. They don’t automatically do it so they can ensure the make 💯 of their compounding interest rates.
