    @USAA how is it I go into a local branch to open an account, after going through issues with a previous account, and the agent at the branch has to call customer service , to be told the department that can handle the problem will get to it and have me call tomorrow. 🤬🤬

    @theeammon @USAA @USAA_help I have multiple insurance policies (auto, home, motorcycle, GL, E&O, vacant dwelling, & umbrella policies), through multiple carriers. This by far has been the worst experience w/ a claim. And that includes a total loss arson claim, of which briefly I was a suspect.

    Meanwhile, I don't have a driveable vehicle. I'll give it to the end of the week before seeking legal council. Insurance is a racket. If only @USAA were anything like what they claim in their commercials.

    @SimonRufus @USAA I was advised to contact my insurance, file a claim, and request a rental or do so myself & hope they reimburse...but no guarantee. At this point I think I'll hire my own adjuster as well, have the repairs done, seek reimbursement for full amount, and hire legal if needed.

    @USAA My Father is94yo he has been with #USAA Since1952.He has carried Home&Auto and swears by USAA,made a claim after the big Freeze water pipe burst in ceiling fell in.Days laterTHEYsent cleaners out it didn’t meet deductible, now we’re stuck with a bill and no ceiling. Really sucks

    @USAA I personally have always had my insurance with State Farm. They have been great for every auto claim I have ever had. I was actually considering moving all our policies to USAA, but this experience has made it clear to me that would be a terrible decision and a huge mistake.

    @BillTaylorKENS5 I hope nothing happens to the house because @USAA doesn’t pay shit. They didn’t pay for it a few years ago during that huge hail storm yet the next door neighbor, 15 feet away got a new roof. They didn’t have greedy USAA though. They need that money for their bonus in 10 months.

    Just paid my @USAA insurance bill. I’m so grateful that they promised a rebate for the reduction in driving the pandemic has caused. I’d be even more grateful had they paid it and applied it to my bill like they said in their self-backslapping emails.

    @USAA Update: after returning the rental car that USAA stopped paying for, and not having our vehicle back, I am now walking 5 miles home. Go with USAA for your auto insurance, but make sure you have a comfortable pair of shoes for all that walking.

    @USAA is refusing to credit our account with funds that are rightfully ours. They refuse to work with us and have opened and closed our dispute over 7 times. They are taking our funds and flat out REFUSING to acknowledge they were credited to the wrong account.

    @rexzane1 I agree. I had insurance (auto, home and life) not anymore. I moved to progressive. Cheaper rates. I'll be moving my bank accounts and cancelling card next. @USAA cant support the military and the insurrection network at the same time.

    Day 2, no movement on my auto claim against @USAA_help @USAA. Was advised by then that they "can move forward with the claim until they here from their client." Apparently the police report isn't enough. They also stated "there is no timeline for this required communication."

    .@USAA after 13 years of paying premiums and filing a claim, I can say I am utterly disappointed and insulted at this botched process. I immediately sent in photos and an estimate after my incident. No response, no help in three weeks. $586 is no where near what I paid. 1/2

    After a horrible experience with my auto insurance @USAA I’m considering to drop them. They have shady underwriting practices, hostile claims staff, and poor customer support. They doubled my premium based on false judgment. This is after 20-year membership. Worst experience.

    I hate my camera is broke and I won’t even have time to get it fixed I got to get a new one 😭 @USAA failed me on this 😭 I just don’t have enough time to get a camera fixed when it’s CLEARLY NOT WORKING.. while still having so many gigs 😭
