Yet no rentals no contact all pressure / stress placed on me to coordinate via your vendors, who suck. No solutions just undo stress.

Mine was reimbursed in less than 24 hours. Thanks @USAA

I can’t turn in the vehicles until I get a rental. I can’t get to work, take my kid to school until I get a rental. I can’t get a rental if your vendor has no cars. Thus the issue…….

I immediately sent in photos and an estimate after my incident. No response, no help in three weeks. $586 is no where near what I paid. 1/2

They have shady underwriting practices, hostile claims staff, and poor customer support. They doubled my premium based on false judgment. This is after 20-year membership. Worst experience.
