Beyond frustrated with @USAA insurance. I guess the definition of superior service is subjective.

Hey @USAA I'm trying to get documentation to you about a charge dispute and it's damn near impossible to confirm if it's going through. Can you confirm it for me somehow?

Grateful that @USAA is wildly more proficient than @PayPal at fixing fraud issues. #PayPalSucks

  • YTrickybobby
Ricky Bobby (@YTrickybobby) reported from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

@USAA a single atm anywhere in Oklahoma would help so much, putting it in Midwest city by the air force base would help.

.@USAA is the absolute WORST. The overall lack of professionalism and poor customer service is astounding. And this has been going on for almost 7 weeks.

@walterlucky1313 @HeavilyRecruitd @USAA Thanks - I need to do the same although it’s just for insurance

@epaleezeldin @USAA Devil is in the details as each policy holder is unique. Likely applies to every insurance company that will get named (maybe). I have never had issues with USAA dealing with a claim and I have had some big ones. But, if you have never actually looked at what your Fire Insurance covers you are not alone. First time I looked at it is when a Wildfire was threatening my town. When you see that your policy will not likely cover a 100% rebuild under new codes, and in a major disaster area with increased pricing as everyone wants to hire a contractor, it can be very unsettling and feeling that it is an uphill battle.

In cancelling my @USAA immediately. Been a customer and policy holder for more than a decade. Enough. My account was also hacked by an insider at the bank and all they did was send me a $200 thank you for being hacked check.

@MikeyDiMercurio @USAA We dropped USAA 10 or 15 years ago. My local agent found me a terrific company 10 years ago, but unfortunately that company stopped doing business in Oregon. I now have insurance through Safeco via the local agent. I believe the cost is about the same. The customer service is far better since I’m able to talk with a local agent who knows me personally. The benefits of local agent are huge. He dropped everything to help me the day after a horrific tragedy hit our family.

@USAA you guys are really charging me fees to pay you guys. You guys are going downhill.

@USAA has been a disappointing experience for a homeowners claim. 17 years without a claim. Now that we need them we get crickets! They are no longer the insurance companies for service men and woman, and our great veterans. Y'all ought to be a ashamed of yourselves.
