Refused to schedule a vechile inspection. Had to call and go through injury claims to get it done. Then a car that was perfectly running, that now doesn't is being denied

He left all info on car and in the meantime took pics of damage and lic plate. By the time we were going to call, you called us and accepted liability. TY. 👏👏👏

Canceling the rental in 1.5 hours later of the same day w/ no notice to me. And when I finally called oit the adujustor on all the bullshit, my claim is now under investigation. You guys are crooks.

They charged the at fault insurance for my dedct but also charged me. Sent wrong info to the body shop, didn't schedule inspect for over a mnth. And when I called out their bullshit, now my no fault claim is under investigation. Thevies.

They have shady underwriting practices, hostile claims staff, and poor customer support. They doubled my premium based on false judgment. This is after 20-year membership. Worst experience.
