    3/ @CoxComm and fill out reaearch paperwork that will take a week to 10 days to complete. And asking for info on my bank account. So I called @usaa. You processed and received that payment on 10/3 like I told your staff. I have photos of my statement and check

    My bank @USAA all about militaries which is lie decided to froze my account until Friday. Hey they customer service telling me the used my credit card till then. All my bills going to be late! My kids just died .. what else can go wrong!

    Yeah, luckily my @USAA car insurance has roadside assistance so I didn't have to worry about having to pay for a tow home.

    @USAA damage from a collision. Sending wrong info to the body shop. Canceling the rental in 1.5 hours later of the same day w/ no notice to me. And when I finally called oit the adujustor on all the bullshit, my claim is now under investigation. You guys are crooks.

    @USAA I have to say you are IMPRESSIVE! One of your policy holders hit our car in a parking lot. He left all info on car and in the meantime took pics of damage and lic plate. By the time we were going to call, you called us and accepted liability. TY. 👏👏👏

    Do not think or buy into @USAA os there for you. My claims adjuster refused to return calls for 2-3 wks. Refused to schedule a vechile inspection. Had to call and go through injury claims to get it done. Then a car that was perfectly running, that now doesn't is being denied

    @USAA - your Claims Adjusters have 12 hours remaining to contact me, regarding a claim that you have already assumed liability and responsibility for - after their failure to do so; my next call will be to the Insurance Commission

    @USAA_help @BigLittleTiki Don't go to @USAA They're literal thieves. They charged the at fault insurance for my dedct but also charged me. Sent wrong info to the body shop, didn't schedule inspect for over a mnth. And when I called out their bullshit, now my no fault claim is under investigation. Thevies.

    @FaZeRug @USAA Ok Mr care alot uber Lyft door dash and a multitude of vendors rely on there devices to work the whole job centers around it plus the usual distractions It's amazing there's not tons of accidents. How do you fix it eliminate the jobs Make hands free phone/gps mandatory what

    4/ @CoxComm my bank @usaa was more caring and helpful and they did nothing wrong. Your supervisor acted like paying more than $500 twice was no big deal. You will just issue needs a credit. In the meantime I’m out an extra $511.67.

    @Michellebbz @PatriotnTexas73 @USAA A lot of banks won't give you your money back if this happens. It was a scary thing for her and she's pretty tech savvy USAA didn't technically have to help her but it's one more reason our family won't ever leave them.

    @MikeyDiMercurio @USAA We dropped USAA 10 or 15 years ago. My local agent found me a terrific company 10 years ago, but unfortunately that company stopped doing business in Oregon. I now have insurance through Safeco via the local agent. I believe the cost is about the same. The customer service is far better since I’m able to talk with a local agent who knows me personally. The benefits of local agent are huge. He dropped everything to help me the day after a horrific tragedy hit our family.

    @USAA @USAA_help homeowners insurance = a scam. Windstorm took shingles off the back of 18yr old roof. USAA wants to only do the back half, we pay deductible-they pay $400. Then when the front half get damaged we pay deductible again-they pay $400 Why do we even have it??

    Wow, @usaa homeowner's insurance customer support is useless. Ask the chatbot "is my tractor covered under either of my three policies?" Keep going in circles "Get me a human" No; call us during business hours. What is it, 1955 out there?

We can only suggest reaching back out to your bank or credit union and mention it’s about a Zelle transaction so they can route you to the correct team. You may want to ask to speak to a supervisor. Sorry we can’t be of more help.

    @USAA “thank you for being with us for 33 years “ but we’re going to scrutinize your claim, we would like another statement (so we can look for inconsistency in your statements)even though you record all calls, hmmm. Basically thanks for paying us for 33 years

    @ShamashAran @USAA I had to call @USAA yesterday on a customer service issue. It took 10 minutes to get past the terrible AI system and finally talk to a human being. Once with a human being, it took another 20 minutes for her to understand my question and get me an answer. USAA has fallen so far, it’s sad.

    @USAA strikes again, leaving one of their customers holding the bag. What happened to this company? Use to be one of the best. Their communication is terrible, their rates are through the roof. They’re not paying out claims to customers like they should. I did a mitigation job, small one. Dried it out over a 24hr period. $3800 invoice I sent along with paperwork justifying everything I did. They sent that invoice to a third party and struck a check that only covered 38% of that invoice and now I have to collect the difference from the homeowner. That’s not how you take care of your customer USAA… especially on such a small bill. I couldn’t believe they sent a 3800 invoice to be audited… never in my life in all my years doing this. sad
