So I don't use UPS at all, and I wish I had better control over delivery to the shop from outside vendors. I'll continue to push for USPS and FedEx since they are good at what they do.

I’d have to go to UPS office to get it, as it required signature & delivery attempts were always made when I was at work. NBD, but nicer if I could’ve just picked it up there FIRST.
