    @UPS drivers and customer service are the worst. In the same day manage to deliver $1000 dollars of packages to who knows where and don’t know where the driver is bc they are not @ups drivers. The phone system for @UPS doesn’t give you a real person omg @UPS

    Hey great job @FedEx lost another three packages this year (8 last). Less than last year because I don't purchase from vendors that I know utilize your terrible service. @UPS please buy them and put them out of their misery. #deliveredbutnotdelivered

    I planned a time-sensitive @JARSbydani package/gift delivery for my teachers with @UPS via Next Day Air that had a guaranteed date of 12/21. Customer rep claims a delivery attempt was made yesterday at 10:01 am (no record of this) & now it’s on its way back to NY 😫😭

    Figured @UPS would simply prioritize me for this morning to make the delivery before we closed for the next week. Confused on why it was immediately returned to sender instead of a follow up call, text message alert, email to reschedule (all of which I’m signed up for)

    @ArletteD10 @UPS Mexico customs officer Rafael Ignacio keep adding on delay fees in the thousands of dollars. He refuse to answere my emails. Document was sent back to Mexico for a name change. He refuse to provide policy and procedures for delay fees

    @UPS you have a bunch of drivers in San Francisco that don’t do the jobs you’ve assigned to them. They mark packages as ‘attempted delivery’. When in fact no one has shown up to deliver anything and this is over a span of multiple days.

    @UPS Your AI customer service is atrocious, as is your off-shore customer service. My package has still not been delivered and all I keep being told, after waiting here all day for it (because it requires a signature) is that "it's zero stops away" (for over a half hour)!!!

    **** @UPS these god damn deliveries get a street over from me with an expected deliver of 10am-12pm and then the driver goes all the way back out to the next city over and the ETA updates to 9pm holy ****

    @UPS and @mercari_app , I have been going around in circles trying to solve where my package is and I’m very upset with the lack of attention either one of your companies have given me the buyer in retrieving what is mine. Terrible service. To lose my package with no recovery.

    @UPS No, I went through customer service twice! Finally it got delivered to a house to blocks down the street. That lady was nice enough to call me and tell me she had my package. For years I never had problems with UPS deliveries....

    Dear @UPS Your ******* Service (PRE SHIPMENT) is so bad, i just paid an extra $35 bucks to ship something with a different carrier... Imagine the ******* Frustration you drive someone too, for them to do this. I will forever be routing against you.
