They have gotten so bad that the over bloated government service has them beat in everything. Delivery times, tracking, etc.. I am disappointed.

Stacey Q 🍄🍄 (@staceystring) reported@UPS I've been on the phone for over an hour. Transferred 5 times. All to be disconnected. I scheduled a pickup on a Thurs for Friday delivery. UPS didn't pick it up till Friday and delivered it on Monday and then charged me over $250.00 for overnight service.
