    @UPS Dear UPS, truly impressive work. I asked you to deliver a £100 pair of UGG boots for a young girl’s birthday back in March, apparently that was more of a “suggestion” than a deadline. That date is long gone, I’d just like them returned… but your customer service casually quotes me over £1000. Bold strategy: fail the delivery, then charge 10x the item’s value to undo it. Inspirational stuff. Still waiting for that promise of a phonecall

    @dell this is how @ups drivers “attempt delivery.” They illegally gains access to an apartment building. That is, does not buzz the at the main door and speak to them on the intercom so the receiver gives them access. Then leaves a notice when they were HOME ALL DAY.

    @UPS Worst delivery service in the country. @USPS has you beat by miles. @UPS absolute garbage of a service in every state i have lived customer service is all Indians. Just invest in a better AI system for ***** sake.

    OMG @UPS 47 minutes so far and transferred to 6….yes 6 different people and still not able to pay my bill. And while on the line, now getting transferred a 7th time and it’s to a tracking site🤬 with a ridiculous wait time. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE.

    @MTGSecretLair so you know. @ups is sending our items to @USPS for delivery. Why are we paying a premium for delivery to have them hand it off to someone else for final delivery.

    On everything @UPS is garbage. I ordered my MPC Sample on 4/7. My **** still hasn’t even reached the Atlanta hub and ***** it’s 4/13. I can get faster delivery from ****** China via @FedEx. Like wtf are yall doing?

    @ups keeps pushing back my package that I ordered for yesterday’s next day air delivery with no resolution except wait on your *** for this to maybe be delivered today a day late. Never using this bullshit company again.

    Hey @UPS what kind of scam is this? Ordered an @Apple iPad to be delivered to my home, and I get a text that I have to reply within 12 hours to change this or my package gets delivered to an Access Point? Is Apple aware you're trying to cheap out on delivery?
