Kyle (@RealKyleWard) reported from Medford, New Jersey@kflag91 @verizon @TMobile In my neck of the woods, everyone has coverage. The kicker for me is customer service. So, as long as they don’t sneak in fees, and charges... I’ll likely stick with @TMobile for a while. I was born and raised down your way. So I understand your saltiness.
-
Joe Stuhltrager (@Joe_Stuhltrager) reported from Cherry Hill Mall, New Jersey@TMobile so if I’m new to T-Mobile you will give me 2 free iphone 11s with a new contract but if I’ve been a loyal customer for years I have to pay for them. Guess I should switch carriers to get the best deal is what you’re telling me...

Vee Vee (@vee1431698) reported@TMobileHelp yall have all foreigners on the as customer service reps on the phone who have this barely understandable dialect. Who offer no assistance and are rude.
-
Roger Entner (@RogerEntner) reported@ATT @Verizon @TMobile Carriers call them "loyalty plans." They're actually acquisition tools. When a 5-year price lock is your loyalty "solution," you know the model is broken. 700K lost customers/year = $4B+ in destroyed LTV. 📉 #ARPU
-
rick pugh (@rickpugh19) reported@armstrong_erik @AlabamaSB @TMobile If only you could get your information down there.
-

-
Stang (@stangvert_70) reported@TMobileHelp Here I'll save you the time. Here's what you'll have me do. Move the modem where it ends up back where it's been. Unplug and plug back in. Send me back to back refurbished modems that are bad.

Roger Entner (@RogerEntner) reportedThe "loyalty penalty" is real: .@ATT, @Verizon, and @TMobile spend billions on device promotions and acquisition. Loyalty plans? Dressed up customer acquisition tools. They value new customers 10x more than existing ones. Churn climbs 10 basis points annually. That's 700,000 lost customers per year for a major carrier. That's $4B+ in lost lifetime value. And that's BEFORE acquisition costs.
