@Starn88 @TMobile Totally agree with you Stan. Spent yesterday from 1 PM on Twitter until 4:30 PM when I went up on the phone doing all sorts of resets and I still only have two bars of LTE and 6.4 mbps with Sprint, at least I had a signal booster.

@kflag91 @verizon @TMobile In my neck of the woods, everyone has coverage. The kicker for me is customer service. So, as long as they don’t sneak in fees, and charges... I’ll likely stick with @TMobile for a while. I was born and raised down your way. So I understand your saltiness.

  • t_cheezee_

@TMobile I own my phone and have no contact. Your data is always down as of late. You seriously need to give me a good reason not to go to @VerizonNews or @ATT

@Verizon @VZWSupport @verizonfios my community has been having HORRIBLE service with Fios and cell phone service this past week. I am a new customer to your cell service. I’m looking to go back to T-mobile or att. It hasn’t been 2 weeks. It’s been a really bad experience.

Another reason why @TMobile is better. I may be biased as I've been a customer since 2002.

  • MariefromPA

@Alex_BaRbeR85 @TMobile When you're due for an upgrade, get an LG. I did that and have had very little issues. Samsung phones almost always have a problem.

Looks like you @Sprint users will soon go magenta. As an 18 year @TMobile customer, I welcome you to the Magenta Side. Unlike the Dark Side, we have Netflix and free shit on Tuesdays.

  • thenameszani

I don’t think I’ve ever had such terrible and I mean TERRIBLE customer service than I have at @sprint now @TMobile. I decided to get my family to give it a shot 2 years ago and it has been nothing but a loooong 2 year headache. Would NEVER recommend.

Maybe @Sears and @kenmore should take a lead from @TMobile customers service.

@TMobileHelp yall have all foreigners on the as customer service reps on the phone who have this barely understandable dialect. Who offer no assistance and are rude.

@ATT @Verizon @TMobile Carriers call them "loyalty plans." They're actually acquisition tools. When a 5-year price lock is your loyalty "solution," you know the model is broken. 700K lost customers/year = $4B+ in destroyed LTV. 📉 #ARPU

@ATT it should not be this hard to pay bills T-Mobile makes it easier cricket Mobile makes it easier Verizon makes it easier everyone that has a phone service has a better way to pay the bill then AT&t's sloppy app

  • thekrejuene

T-Mobile know they better fix this high *** $300 phone bill

  • stangvert_70

@TMobileHelp Here I'll save you the time. Here's what you'll have me do. Move the modem where it ends up back where it's been. Unplug and plug back in. Send me back to back refurbished modems that are bad.

  • RogerEntner
    Roger Entner (@RogerEntner) reported

The "loyalty penalty" is real: .@ATT, @Verizon, and @TMobile spend billions on device promotions and acquisition. Loyalty plans? Dressed up customer acquisition tools. They value new customers 10x more than existing ones. Churn climbs 10 basis points annually. That's 700,000 lost customers per year for a major carrier. That's $4B+ in lost lifetime value. And that's BEFORE acquisition costs.
