    I've been a customer of @sprint with the same account for 17 years..... Now to trade in my phone that's due for an upgrade @TMobile wants me to pay $50. Guess I'll be keeping this X's Max for the rest of my life. They also want $10 for the EXACT SAME PLAN I ALREADY HAVE

    @TMobile @TMobileHelp @JohnLegere very frustrated with customer services called weeks ago never got a phone call back after escalating! Our service has only been getting worse on our phones especially at home!! I think we need to break up!

    Hmmm. Bill is more than I was promised when I signed up. Basically stole my iPhone X. Should have sold it outright instead of the $200 @TMobile gave me for a perfect phone. Paying off my new phone and feeling ASAP. T-Mobile SUCKS.

    @TMobileHelp I need your help. I was sold a screen protector in one of your stores with a lifetime warranty. I wasn’t told I need to have insurance with T-Mobile. I was told it will be replaced if anything happens. I paid $50 for a screen protector. Now T-Mobile won’t honor it??

    So I’m probably going to refuse shipment and get away from @att. Maybe go to @verizon @TMobile or @sprint who I think finally got their stuff together. I have unlimited everything and if I’m lucky get 2 bars of LTE. I’ve never had a chance for 5G. So many lies and misinformation

    Just so every #sprint @sprint Customer is aware your previous device contract means NOTHING to @TMobile . Despite having paid taxes upfront at the time of lease/purchase they still are going to charge you ADDITIONAL sales tax and buy out price higher than your agreement @FTC

    @TMobile T-MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS---THEY WILL OVER BILL YOU THEN PREVENT YOU FROM SPEAKING TO A HUMAN ? THEY HAVE A-I ROBOTS THAT BLOCK EVERY CALL YOU MAKE THEN THEY CHARGE YOU HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN LATE FEES --I AM OVER $800 NOW AND STILL CANT CORRECT IT IN OVER 50 CALLS !

    @mom_of_littles @Verizon After 29 years we cut the Verizon cord. They suck. They all suck. But T-Mobile sucks the least. Cheaper, better for the same thing. Excellent customer service. Like Verizon used to be 29 years ago.

    @TMobileHelp There was a claim i had made to replace a phone & had made the payment needed & then the phone that was supposed to be returned was stolen out of my car & now assurance has added almost $400 because of that. & because of that my service has been shut off & canceled.

    @VerizonSupport I’ve been loyal to this company for a long time. I have very little service in the area where I’m working. Coworkers who have @TMobile or @ATT have excellent service. Thinking about making the switch.
