    This Sprint TMobile merger sucks! Ordered new phones. They sent the kids theirs and canceled my order. Said there was suspected fraud. Sent me to 2 stores to get my identity verified. Neither knew how to do it!. Time for a new carrier! @TMobile @sprint

    Hmmm. Bill is more than I was promised when I signed up. Basically stole my iPhone X. Should have sold it outright instead of the $200 @TMobile gave me for a perfect phone. Paying off my new phone and fleeing ASAP. T-Mobile SUCKS.

    I don't understand @tmobile I purchased 5g internet 1 month ago and this morning the modem had no power. I had to buy a new modem at 150?...or wait a week to fix the modem that lost power. You offer no warranty no anything?

    Just so every #sprint @sprint Customer is aware your previous device contract means NOTHING to @TMobile . Despite having paid taxes upfront at the time of lease/purchase they still are going to charge you ADDITIONAL sales tax and buy out price higher than your agreement @FTC

    I've been a customer of @sprint with the same account for 17 years..... Now to trade in my phone that's due for an upgrade @TMobile wants me to pay $50. Guess I'll be keeping this X's Max for the rest of my life. They also want $10 for the EXACT SAME PLAN I ALREADY HAVE

    So I’m probably going to refuse shipment and get away from @att. Maybe go to @verizon @TMobile or @sprint who I think finally got their stuff together. I have unlimited everything and if I’m lucky get 2 bars of LTE. I’ve never had a chance for 5G. So many lies and misinformation

    @hflemingtx @XFreeze I don't have T-Mobile, thank you for your comment by the way. It was very nice of you to inform me of all this. Mint mobile is a prepaid cell phone service I use for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I recently upgraded because the battery on my iPhone SE was shot from leaving it plugged in too long. So I took my whole check and bought this. I was retired at 30. I am a quadriplegic and I use voice control to operate my phone and Dragon NaturallySpeaking to operate my laptop. Anyway, any help would be appreciated I know mint mobile runs on the T-Mobile network. So I don‘t know it will work for my phone with Starlink. But any help would be appreciated. Like your experience, knowledge etc.. Thank you very much!

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @TMobile I've been a customer since Voice Stream days, 1998. TMO USED to be customer service focused. That is NO longer the case, turned into a terrible company, with horrendous customer service, high prices ... U figure out ways to take advantage of customers. 😡

    @ATT @Verizon @TMobile Carriers call them "loyalty plans." They're actually acquisition tools. When a 5-year price lock is your loyalty "solution," you know the model is broken. 700K lost customers/year = $4B+ in destroyed LTV. 📉 #ARPU
