    Hmmm. Bill is more than I was promised when I signed up. Basically stole my iPhone X. Should have sold it outright instead of the $200 @TMobile gave me for a perfect phone. Paying off my new phone and feeling ASAP. T-Mobile SUCKS.

    @TMobileHelp I need your help. I was sold a screen protector in one of your stores with a lifetime warranty. I wasn’t told I need to have insurance with T-Mobile. I was told it will be replaced if anything happens. I paid $50 for a screen protector. Now T-Mobile won’t honor it??

    @TMobile I HAD T-MOBILE FOR A FEW YEARS EVERYTHING SEEMED FINE--THEN ONE DAY THEY MADE MISTAKES ON MY BILLING -- THAT WAS THE.BEGGING OF A LIVING HELL FOR ME---I COULD ONLY TALK TO ROBOT A-I--NO WAY I COULD EXPLAIN MY PROBLEM BUT A-I JUST WANT ME PAY THE MONEY SINCE DEC of 2024-I REFUSED

    I don't understand @tmobile I purchased 5g internet 1 month ago and this morning the modem had no power. I had to buy a new modem at 150?...or wait a week to fix the modem that lost power. You offer no warranty no anything?

    Just so every #sprint @sprint Customer is aware your previous device contract means NOTHING to @TMobile . Despite having paid taxes upfront at the time of lease/purchase they still are going to charge you ADDITIONAL sales tax and buy out price higher than your agreement @FTC

    @TMobile I tried to port my prepaid US Cellular number to T Mobile on 4/09/26, it’s still stuck in processing, spent another 2 hrs in US Cellular store today to be told it will be on within 24 hrs but rep told me not to hold my breath. I NEED MY PHONE NMBR BACK. Help!

    T-Mobile, I have had the worst experience as a business customer and it hasn’t even been a month. I can’t log into my account and you don’t have 24 hour phone support. This is ridiculous. You’re a major carrier and don’t have phone support for your business customers @TMobile

    @JuneSaint146134 @TMobileHelp Yea I have been with them awhile, it honestly depends who working the account, some of the agents do go above and beyond and assist and some are just mean and don’t care and don’t use their resources to help.

    @TMobileHelp I’ve had the WORST experience with your agents for over a month. They’ve done everything from charge my account improperly for 2 phones I never got to changing my phone plan without my permission.
