    So frustrating! I've had no wifi since Tuesday (3/24) and I looked on my UPS account and the replacement router won't be here until March 31! That's way too long to not have a service that you're paying for. Thanks @quantumfiber @ATT @ATTHelp

    AT&T lied to me. Since the end of February I’ve been working a technical issue with @ATT fiber company @quantumfiber . Multiple times they promised to escalate and I would receive a call back. Today their rep. confirmed that was never done. He promised I would hear back.

    @quantumfiber 4+ months, no fix. Defective WiFi pod confirmed (Case #08043198) in Jan 2026. Still no replacement, no ETA—just “priority” responses. @quantumfiber this is unacceptable. Please resolve. #CustomerServiceFail

    @awstar11 @quantumfiber @ATT I have my business on Starlink, and plan to add my house as soon as my shoulders are adequately recovered from surgery. I like Starlink. If they ran an ad that said usually on and constant service; that would beat most of the competition.

    @quantumfiber You going to start reimbursing customers who pay a monthly fee but you can’t give them a months service?!? You *********. Ant even give a timeframe when repairs are complete but you’ll gladly take peoples money regardless.

    @quantumfiber You had a tech messing with the box and brought down the internet. He told me he did. When I call reps give me the run around and give different answers. Now nobody will fix the problem that he created for an entire week! Your “customer service” is a joke.

    @quantumfiber @ATT You absolutely have the worst! the absolute worst customer service experience, EVER!!! My internet is out, and it took me over 4 Hours to get someone on the phone who told me this. Your site keeps saying that everything is fine. It is obviously not!!!

    @quantumfiber Paying for 2G, capped at 940 Mbps on SmartNID even after reset. Multi-gig port not working. Need escalation. Chat did not work at all.

    Anyone here use Starlink? We lost @quantumfiber internet last Friday. The said they could help next Monday. Seriously? 10 days? They rescheduled me to today. No one showed. Now I have to wait til someone reaches out to me. 0/10 would NOT recommend. It’s 2026, not 2000.

    @quantumfiber Almost 72 hours of a semi outage in AZ with bad peering. Websites load slow or time out, game logins sometimes fail, etc... is anyone doing anything?

    @CenturyLink Hey @quantumfiber @ATT Centurylink says this is your fault. Your tech support keeps telling me it is Centurylink. ATT bought my libes from Centurylink. Att has some type of cap on my fiber service. Care to fix it so I receive the service I pay for?

    @quantumfiber I received a Quantum Fiber flyer in my mailbox that mentioned "instant connection." Based on that information, I decided to sign up for the service. However, when I tried to activate the connection, it did not work.

    @quantumfiber — A long thread of your screw up I have been a customer of Century Link (referred as CL) since 2023 in my current home address. Was never a customer of CL/ATT/Quantum Fiber (QF) before this. In late 2025, CL merged and integrated me to QF (that’s fine with me)

    @quantumfiber first 2 customer reps told us we could get 2 extenders, the never came. Third rep said we can only get one at a time, promised us it would arrive ASAP. Still not here. We do not have internet in half our house due to installation. How does this happen?

    @awstar11 @quantumfiber The support for Ring doorbell would come in a close second. 3-4 hours on the phone in total, no record of initial inquiry and then sent the wrong item twice. Intolerable incompetence with just a dash of infuriating A.I.

    @CenturyLink / @quantumfiber can change their name as many times as they’d like but their fiber internet is just garbage. It just stops working constantly and they always say it looks fine to them *from their call center that isn’t at my house*

    @quantumfiber Worst service provider and customer service can't fix a damn thing. Solution to everything is to send out a technician in 2 weeks. Avoid at all cost.
