    @BodyLikeDojaCat @quantumfiber @ATT February 19th. It's now March 28th. I received the same message. Seems less like maintencance and more like the company doesn't want to take accountability. Been without internet for close to two weeks now. I do hope they actually reached out and resolved your issue though.

    @quantumfiber well this stinks. Canceled my appointment w little notice and no appointments for 3 weeks. Do better. Customer service just seems like they're trying to end the chat instead of come up with solutions. Asked for a supervisor or a manager and they didn't transfer .

    @quantumfiber 4+ months, no fix. Defective WiFi pod confirmed (Case #08043198) in Jan 2026. Still no replacement, no ETA—just “priority” responses. @quantumfiber this is unacceptable. Please resolve. #CustomerServiceFail

    @quantumfiber , your company is ridiculous with regards to disclosure, reliability and customer service. I will tell anyone that will listen, NOT to go with your internet after the experience I have had.

    @ATT @quantumfiber your outage in the Clermont, Florida area is absolutely unacceptable. There are 5 different times (multiple days) for restoration of service 6 if you include you have no idea when service will be restored. People work from home multi day outage is unacceptable

    @quantumfiber I cannot get a serious answer about forcing WPA2 or better on your W1700 wifi pod. Your support team was deeply unserious about this ask and just told me to use a better password and to "not worry, ignore the warnings on your devices".
