They Call Me Timmy Fishsticks (@BigTim820) reportedDay 14 of an internet outage at our home. @quantumfiber sent an email on Saturday morning that service was restored. We still have no service. After two calls with customer service, a technician is scheduled for next Friday. 3 weeks, no service, no explanations. @ATT

Now 10:30am I had to call them to check on ETA. Now it's 1-2pm. Absolutely impossible to work with. Do not use Quantum Fiber
