    Day 14 of an internet outage at our home. @quantumfiber sent an email on Saturday morning that service was restored. We still have no service. After two calls with customer service, a technician is scheduled for next Friday. 3 weeks, no service, no explanations. @ATT

    @quantumfiber , your company is ridiculous with regards to disclosure, reliability and customer service. I will tell anyone that will listen, NOT to go with your internet after the experience I have had.

    @theppcdude @quantumfiber And they say there is no outage, then no support person for a week. Just found out they are with ATT now. That explains it. Moving to T-Mobile fiber tomorrow.

    @quantumfiber — A long thread of your screw up I have been a customer of Century Link (referred as CL) since 2023 in my current home address. Was never a customer of CL/ATT/Quantum Fiber (QF) before this. In late 2025, CL merged and integrated me to QF (that’s fine with me)

    @quantumfiber I cannot get a serious answer about forcing WPA2 or better on your W1700 wifi pod. Your support team was deeply unserious about this ask and just told me to use a better password and to "not worry, ignore the warnings on your devices".

    Okay, today was try #2 with @quantumfiber / @ATT to get my internet fixed. After standing me up last week, I made an 8-11am service reservation. Now 10:30am I had to call them to check on ETA. Now it's 1-2pm. Absolutely impossible to work with. Do not use Quantum Fiber

    @quantumfiber You absolutely have the worst! the absolute worst customer service experience, EVER!!! My internet is out, and it took me over 4 Hours to get someone on the phone who told me this. Your site keeps saying that everything is fine. It is obviously not!!!

    @quantumfiber @ATT No. I want to be able to go online to my account and cancel my services through the portal. Are you familiar with PHISHING?? I shouldn’t have to reach out to a random account on twitter. Ridiculous
