    @quantumfiber — A long thread of your screw up I have been a customer of Century Link (referred as CL) since 2023 in my current home address. Was never a customer of CL/ATT/Quantum Fiber (QF) before this. In late 2025, CL merged and integrated me to QF (that’s fine with me)

    @quantumfiber Not so much. Hello spotty WiFi. What happened to you guys?? We have been using you for 3 years and for the last few months everything has gone to absolute hell. We are on our third service appointment and countless calls. For the record “too many devices” is BS. Fix it please.

    @quantumfiber Maybe you should be concentrating on restoring Internet service for las Vegas. My apt cmplx forced us to cncl our prev isp & use you & you've been out of service now for 3 days w no real answers on restoration. We can't use another isp as backup bc we're forced to use only you 😡

    @quantumfiber My internet is out too. Person couldn’t come till Saturday and scheduled it and then got a text saying my appointment was Monday. The customer service people are horrible. One even left the chat after I asked what happened to my appointment and why did it get canceled.

    @quantumfiber I’d like my service to work. I would never recommend quantum based on my experience over the past year and a half now I’m stuck since there are no other providers in my area. Your ‘helpful’ chat people told me it will be Saturday, March 21 before anyone can come help me. Unreal

    @quantumfiber I cannot get a serious answer about forcing WPA2 or better on your W1700 wifi pod. Your support team was deeply unserious about this ask and just told me to use a better password and to "not worry, ignore the warnings on your devices".

    @theppcdude @quantumfiber And they say there is no outage, then no support person for a week. Just found out they are with ATT now. That explains it. Moving to T-Mobile fiber tomorrow.
