Once it’s back, I will send a signal to your router. That should fix it. If not, we will get a technician out there in 6 months.

This isn’t my first rodeo with them. They have a lot of outages, and the absolute worst customer service. Defend them if you want, but you’re in the minority there.

Problem with a lot they make a lot of claims- they don’t actually have or do, especially mediacom - claims state of the art equipment - but they use old outdated materials- they even got gov grants to upgrade their equipment and still used old outdated equipment especially the cable- I know in my area, so if they lied here - I never trust liars. List what is available in your (that area) and people will be able to better help - Sorry for your loss- 🙏🙏 If you post what is available- I will ask my ET/IT guru (literally a guru in the field) -
