I literally pay for slower internet to avoid being a Mediacom customer. And frankly never been happier.

I did with Hulu last year, but not having a stand alone or streaming option (which means cloud DVR) makes this a $80-90/month cost for 7 months. I'm not gonna pay that just to watch.

Extremely disappointed. Will you reimburse your clients for 2 full down days? Need to switch back to Mediacom.

When they duck calls, that’s when they have the automated system tell you that there’s a potential report of an outage in the area but they only let you use the automated system and never let you speak to a rep.
