  @metronetfiber After years of Mediacom being down multiple times a week, I have had Metronet for a yearish. The only issues we had were the contractors cutting our line when installing the neighbors. Service-wise, things have been great. Customer service is another story. I just liked the meme.

  @ATT dsl out again. Over a week at work with no resolution, now at home. I'd call but it's gonna be the same runaround as always. "Will send a tech" who wont show up. After 30 years we are looking seriously at Mediacom. 🙁

  I've been using my phone as a hotspot since our power line came down on March 5th. Mediacom needs a 2-man crew and two trucks with lifts to repair it. They'll be here March 15th. We're lucky, they said, for new customers they don't install this distance from the road. Ten days.
