    Hour 14: Still no internet. Third call to @googlefiber went no where, again. I worry if there truly is a guy who’s been working on this since 6 last night that he may have lost his sanity, or worse. Now questioning my sanity, and this service.

    Lol at anyone who uses the Google Fiber box to deliver their WiFi network. I had a mild freak out that they didn’t set up my plan at 1Gb when I speedtested it after setting it up just now. The transfer speeds were laughable. Much better when I hooked my Google WiFi up to it.

    Day 2 of 4 with our @googlefiber down. A small box is all that prevents me from living in 2019. I guess leg warmers and DVDs aren't that bad. Email sounds like a dream.

    I had the WORST experience with @googlefiber yesterday. Their rep did a HORRIBLE job of explaining why they had to bill me higher for my first months bill at my new address...even though I ALREADY HAVE SERVICE and am paying on time. Really wanted to cut ties with them.

    I feel bad for anyone using the radio on their Google Fiber box to deliver their WiFi. It would suck to pay $70/mo for 1Gb bandwidth and get less than 60Mb 😬

    @madebygoogle Any news on producing a Multi-Gig router that uses the Google Home app? I've got 2 Gig service with Google Fiber and half my devices are wired and I'd really like to manage the network through the Home app!

    @ATT BLOWS! Appointment set for 8-10am. I got a text that said they would be delayed. NP. Text 2 not coming. Text 3 issue resolved. I call they say we can't come, say they called me; it was busy. NOT! It was a cell & I have a call log. Lies! @googlefiber need a client?

    @MitchSchwartz71 @googlefiber It has never gone out. I game on it. My wife Zooms on it. Only thing we haven't tested is like 6 streaming services and gaming and Zooming all at once. You seem like a multi TV guy lol but for the price, you could likely get 2X service for the price of Fiber or Spectrum.

    Going on 48 hours with no @Uverse service. Repeated calls to customer service yields nothing except frustration at the lack of communication and stunning ineptitude. Google Fiber is looking better by the second.

    I have been a @googlefiber customer for some time. But when I move to a neighborhood full of people of color that service disappeared. Please don't discriminate and get us fiber internet in the 64127 zip code. Internet access is #CivilRights and #HumanRights.

    @googlefiber it is kind of insane that you have provided 0 proactive updates (or warnings!) to your customers regarding this outage. Why restore service randomly in the middle of the night only to shut it down randomly in the middle of the day????

    @googlefiber, a customer of mine that you service has been down for almost a week. They have Spectrum for backup, but if you don't get them fixed soon, they are going to cancel you.

    @googlefiber I strongly DO NOT recommend making the switch to them! I live in SF and the service has been more down than up! We’ve been without internet since e yesterday 4:11PM. Will be switching back to a more reliable network @ATT

    @ATTHelp How about troubleshooting your service here? Whole neighborhood is down. Some of us are trying to teleport. Thanks for screwing that up. Why do I contour to pay for sporadic @ATT ? @googlefiber maybe you’re in our area now. Hopefully you can keep your services up.

    We had our Google fiber installed in August of 2025. They said they were coming back to bury the line. They never did. My wife and I have probably spent an entire day on the phone with their overseas support who keeps on telling us they will be out to bury it. Last week the 80 year old neighbor tripped over it. It’s been over 6 months. @googlefiber @googlefiberhelp Going to start posting daily until this is buried. Absolute garbage support.

    @Xfinity @comcast After 40 minutes in the phone with customer no service. Felt like an AI Bot…they could not help me remove a charge. The charge is $100 for a box that had to be replaced by you. Why should I pay? Thank god @googlefiber just landed in our neighborhood. See ya!
