  @MitchSchwartz71 @googlefiber I had heard of T Mobile Internet and was near a store, so I called them- 45 minutes from closing time. "Hey, if I walk into your store by 6pm, can I walk out with functioning Internet Service before y'all close at 6:30?" "Absolutely." We've been happy every since.

  By the way, when you stop your TV service with Google Fiber they ask zero questions and no pressure. Of course, they probably know I switched to another of their products, YouTubeTV.

  I can’t stand google fiber, I’m switching out of this ****. Keeps buffering especially during the game. I’ve had 6 different people out here and been on 4 hours worth of phone calls with no issues resolved

  @philnickinson It's a well-written article. I'm in KC's Google Fiber-hood with 2Gbps service. I signed up to test their new 5Gbps and 8Gbps services. Arguably my biggest issues are my 1950s house with finished basement and center fireplace. I have a Gb switch bcuz I declined the mesh extender.

  @DScottFritchen I resisted buying it but broke down in the first qtr during KU WVU game. Pretty glitch heavy. I think I pay enough for Google fiber and should get KU KSU games in Prairie Village KS. So no.. I do not like it.

  @MitchSchwartz71 @googlefiber It has never gone out. I game on it. My wife Zooms on it. Only thing we haven't tested is like 6 streaming services and gaming and Zooming all at once. You seem like a multi TV guy lol but for the price, you could likely get 2X service for the price of Fiber or Spectrum.

  Going on 48 hours with no @Uverse service. Repeated calls to customer service yields nothing except frustration at the lack of communication and stunning ineptitude. Google Fiber is looking better by the second.

  @googlefiber We were excited about getting you installed. You sent a guy out to run the line and in the process he cut the line for my current provider. Now we have no internet and when we called customer service, they said "oh well" An installer may or may not come today. WTF?!
