@shaneadams @AppleSupport @googlefiber @googlefiberhelp The fiber box was not great for the number of connections we have (HomeKit things mostly). 1.5-2 years ago, so I don’t think the exact model is for sale (RBR50 + RBS50); it was $150-200. Our house is 3K sq ft, but the network comes into the bottom of one end of the basement.

@googlefiber We were excited about getting you installed. You sent a guy out to run the line and in the process he cut the line for my current provider. Now we have no internet and when we called customer service, they said "oh well" An installer may or may not come today. WTF?!

@CoxHelp I've spoken with Cox phone reps. They have indicated that there are no notes on when this will be fixed nor do they know why everything is down. So as customers we are in the dark. Perhaps some transparency? #coxoutage @googlefiber time to cut the cable cord and move to the 21st?
