    So I don't know if I'll be able to stream anytime soon since my @FrontierCorp internet is still not working 15 hours later! I hate this so much! If y'all need me you can get me in twitter! I've never had problems with this service until recently! I like them I just want it fixed!

    @FrontierCorp He said it was a programming issue. Thursday another 3 hours on phone/chat and a tech came out. Today nothing works and 2 hours on chat/phone and they are saying it's not programming. Get your act together.

    @FrontierCorp Day 11 without a properly working phone. The incompetence is real. 33% of business lost. Who is going to compensate me for that? Get your head out of your *** and fix it. Stop passing me off to the next department. Start taking this seriously.

    So I called @FrontierCorp yesterday to cancel my service because I’m moving home June 1st and they disconnected it today on accident. Was told that it was notated that it was not suppose to be turned off until the given date but I was told there was nothing they could do about it

    the funny thing is that I have to use my lte to pay my @FrontierCorp bill online bc my wifi is too slow to pull up their website

    @FrontierCorp worst company out there! Going on the better half of 2 months with less than 1/2 my channels. 2 weeks out on service call!!! Can’t get FS1 so won’t be able to watch #USMNT vs #ElTri

    @AskFrontier I'm trying to log into my HBO Max app but when I try to sign in using my provider I get an error from the Frontier gateway page that says unable to authenticate try again later.

    hey @frontiercorp it’s cool how after midnight i can barely stream a youtube video, yet i’m paying for “fiber optic” speed. your service sucks and the dozens of calls and weeks it took to get someone to do a 15 min installation is appalling. your 2 star rating is very telling.

    @FrontierCorp doesn't know their *** from their elbows. 9 days without service and everyone passses the buck. No one wants to roll their sleeves up and fix my phones. What a joke of a company. Stay far away this this company.

    I’ve been a @verizonfios customer since 2014, when they sold the product to @FrontierCorp everything got worse. I’ve been without Internet for more than a week, this AFTER they sent Tech to investigate. No more, cancelled today, switched to Spectrum . @frontier_sucks

    @FrontierCorp had me on one for raising my rates and followed by a 2-day outage. Was about to switch to the competition but got them on the phone and they hooked me up with new much lower rate for the same speed! Kudos to @FrontierCorp !!!!

    @AskFrontier had a text tell me that service should be restored by 16:15 p.m. guess what time it is now 18:15 p.m. still big old fat red light on my device

    @AskFrontier Service came back at around 8pm Saturday. I never did get any update of any kind from frontier even though I gave my phone number and have notification turned on for my account.

    @FrontierCorp I just switched from Comcast/Xfinity and we're getting about half the speed. Frankly, it sucks.
