    Seriously, @FrontierCorp ? You cancel our service call because you say we’re part of an area wide outage, then fix the outage and when we still don’t have service you tell us our Thursday appointment can’t be rescheduled until Monday the 5th?! Some of us have to work remotely!

    @GetSpectrum has not once, but 3 now, shown @FrontierCorp how business gets done. It's early stages, but so far Spectrum is kicking the ******* out of Frontier, in every category: cust service, support, response time, network availability, and network performance, at 1/2 the $$
