    @FrontierCorp your service absolutely sucks. Zero faith in Frontier. Fios Internet has been down. Neighbors around me are up and running. Wait on hold over 90 minutes to speak to a person who tells me their upgrading call back. Try to explain I’m the only one out. Hangs up on me

    @FrontierCorp does anyone work in Frontier, I was on hold for 2hrs twice yesterday and now on hold for another hour, no one is answering the phone. I have sent several DM. No service outages in my area. Boxes have been power cycled still no resolution. Router has red light on.

    hey @frontiercorp it’s cool how after midnight i can barely stream a youtube video, yet i’m paying for “fiber optic” speed. your service sucks and the dozens of calls and weeks it took to get someone to do a 15 min installation is appalling. your 2 star rating is very telling.

    Hey @FrontierCorp Bad cable install = no Net for a week. Eero replacement won’t help the issue. But only “resolution” offered was DIY new Eero (3more days) and then wait more days for on-site tech??? How ‘bout tech comes ASAP w/Eero and cable and does the job right this time?

    @AskFrontier Service came back at around 8pm Saturday. I never did get any update of any kind from frontier even though I gave my phone number and have notification turned on for my account.
