    @dhambrick63 @AskFrontier @FrontierCorp We're having a similar problem with Spectrum TV. The DVR box is messed up. We told them. They sent out a guy to replace cables. After doing all that, it was still broken. He didn't have any boxes with him, of course.

    Spent the day researching our tv options when we cancel @FrontierCorp cable. Think we found a couple that should work well. Were pissed about MLB network & HBOMax situation, but dropping @FOXSportsSW is a deal breaker. No respect for long time customers. #FrontierSucks

    @FrontierCorp is the worst company i have ever dealt with. This is the second time in a row thet have not shown up to a scheduled appt. @verizon should have never put there name on this terrible company. Customer service is just god awful

    @FrontierCorp I have called several times about drops in connections. Slow speed. Inability to download. All your customer support wants to do is increase my speed to 200 at a cost of $85/month and $75 to have a technician. My neighbor had 40 speed and steams and downloads fine.

    @FrontierCorp How can you say you’re working to fix the problems when you won’t answer calls, your “24/7” chat” isn’t working, you tell people to DM on Twitter or Facebook but don’t respond. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I’ve EVER received from any company!!

    @AskFrontier I am in leola, pa. I ternet has been down since around 12:08 (noon)..a little over 8 hours. I haven't gotten any updates even though I gave my number to get updates.

    @AskFrontier The customer service line takes forever to respond. My bill went from 39.99 to 44.99 then 59.99 then it is saying next month it is going to be 69.99. How is this ethical? I am a customer for 13 years…@AskFrontier
