They sent out a guy to replace cables. After doing all that, it was still broken. He didn't have any boxes with him, of course.

All your customer support wants to do is increase my speed to 200 at a cost of $85/month and $75 to have a technician. My neighbor had 40 speed and steams and downloads fine.

Ask Google the question, you'll get your answer. Personally, I think it might be a scam to rent me YOUR router.
