    @FrontierCorp @AskFrontier I am without internet since Monday. At first, it was the storm. After on hold for 3.5 hours, I talked to a tech on Thursday. Ticket opened. Then twice, you alerted me that there is a problem in the area, and my issue is resolved.

    If anyone saw this I talked to them in DM and got the same response as on the phone, they can’t fix their own mistakes and refuse to actually help customers. Again do not use @FrontierCorp if you have a choice of anyone else!

    Further proof @FrontierCorp could care less I called and told them I found another company and was going with them because they refuse to allow me to have my install date their response ok we have you canceled No effort at all to retain or fix issues don’t want $ so don’t give it

    @AskFrontier @Jigness2413 The weather has been absolutely perfect. We are over 12 overs with this outage where school work is being missed. Also, will you proactively adjust all of our bills due to this significant outage? It’s crazy that I’m paying you right now to offer me nothing

    I hate @FrontierCorp they may be the worst company of all time, if you have a choice of providers, pick anyone else! You do not have a friend on the digital frontier with them, they should be sued for false advertising with that claim they are that bad!

    @AskFrontier can you explain to me why I HAVE to go thru my HOA rep to start a 7GB plan and pay $400 more a year for the same service as everyone else while others in my building can get a 1GB plan for free? Why am I paying for their internet? Promo is $109/m Im charged $135/m

    @FrontierCorp have NOT had internet at my house since the 3/31, it’s 4/8 today. Someone from corporate needs to contact me ASAP. Tired of calling every day to get this figured out. Horrible EXPERIENCE.

    @FrontierCorp 3 nights in a row now. Internet goes down late at night. I work second shift this is my time to relax. Verizon was the first straw but now I am thinking this might be the one that breaks my back.
