    @FrontierCorp I have no idea why my service was suspended. I've been on the phone with customer service for over an hour and haven't had anyone be able to help me. They even refused when I asked to talk to a supervisor

    @FrontierCorp How can you say you’re working to fix the problems when you won’t answer calls, your “24/7” chat” isn’t working, you tell people to DM on Twitter or Facebook but don’t respond. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I’ve EVER received from any company!!

    @AskFrontier I am in leola, pa. I ternet has been down since around 12:08 (noon)..a little over 8 hours. I haven't gotten any updates even though I gave my number to get updates.

    @AskFrontier The customer service line takes forever to respond. My bill went from 39.99 to 44.99 then 59.99 then it is saying next month it is going to be 69.99. How is this ethical? I am a customer for 13 years…@AskFrontier
