    hey @frontiercorp it’s cool how after midnight i can barely stream a youtube video, yet i’m paying for “fiber optic” speed. your service sucks and the dozens of calls and weeks it took to get someone to do a 15 min installation is appalling. your 2 star rating is very telling.

    @FrontierCorp He said it was a programming issue. Thursday another 3 hours on phone/chat and a tech came out. Today nothing works and 2 hours on chat/phone and they are saying it's not programming. Get your act together.

    @FrontierCorp @AskFrontier I am without internet since Monday. At first, it was the storm. After on hold for 3.5 hours, I talked to a tech on Thursday. Ticket opened. Then twice, you alerted me that there is a problem in the area, and my issue is resolved.

    Internet and technical issues are understandable if COMMUNICATED!!, There are no issues that cant be understood if shared transparently. Have been waiting to hear from @FrontierCorp for several days now on the outage, Not reachable, No ETA, No Info! #terribleservice #frontier

    @FrontierCorp is the Worst business in America! I have now filed a complaints with the FTC and BBB and Texas Attorney General of Texas! I have sent your company several thousand dollars and I got a letter for you saying you cannot guarantee that my Wi-Fi will work in my home

    @AskFrontier I'm trying to log into my HBO Max app but when I try to sign in using my provider I get an error from the Frontier gateway page that says unable to authenticate try again later.

    Spent the day researching our tv options when we cancel @FrontierCorp cable. Think we found a couple that should work well. Were pissed about MLB network & HBOMax situation, but dropping @FOXSportsSW is a deal breaker. No respect for long time customers. #FrontierSucks

    @al_rasheed I don’t have a choice really. My ISP is crazy. By shutting off my internet for 30 days, I can come back as a “new” customer and go from $80/mo for 50/50 internet to $39/mo for 200/200. They refuse to give me that price otherwise. @FrontierCorp

    @FrontierCorp had me on one for raising my rates and followed by a 2-day outage. Was about to switch to the competition but got them on the phone and they hooked me up with new much lower rate for the same speed! Kudos to @FrontierCorp !!!!

    @AskFrontier Service came back at around 8pm Saturday. I never did get any update of any kind from frontier even though I gave my phone number and have notification turned on for my account.

    @FrontierCorp I just switched from Comcast/Xfinity and we're getting about half the speed. Frankly, it sucks.
