    @FrontierCorp willing wish I had reliable internet like when I had @Ask_Spectrum, everytime we call about one of the 10 or so internet dropping issues, they only want to upgrade me from the 1Gb to the 2Gb. Never had issues with @Ask_Spectrum . #tryharder #internetoutage

    @SoSportsy @FrontierCorp Yeah, that's not good. Have you had trouble with Frontier before? Can you get any other cable systems? What about streaming? Your going to need to get your sports fix someway?

    @AskFrontier It’s been spotty for the past couple of days (in Dallas area). It will be up for a couple minutes then down. I’m going to call because this is ridiculous.

    @Frontiercorp Frontier customer services is atrocious. We ported a phone number for HIPPA Compliant Faxing and in their infinite wisdom shut down our internet and other phone lines in our office..now its taken 3 days since I called them and still no restoration of service.

    @AskFrontier, why can’t your company provide reliable internet service? I pay my bill on time. I’ve been a loyal customer. I’m not ranting; just would like a honest answer. Internet over fiber should be reliable.

    @AskFrontier I’m a new customer of 1 week. My internet stopped working and I can’t get any help. App says my account is being created, tech support number can’t find my account and I’ve been on hold 30 minutes! Hideous!

    @GetSpectrum was ahead of schedule (twice now), with technicians on site (twice: once to run a new line from the street and then to bury it), and had our service online in 40 minutes flat. @FrontierCorp was still trying to figure out if my FiOS service has an ONT.

    @FrontierCorp you pay for 500Mbps, and you get 9mbps. Customer service in the line for 45 minutes trying to solve your problem and give up to send a technician 3 days later. To make masters worse, they relax stating that ay least I have 9 mbps. Hoping @googlewifi gets here soon.

    @FrontierCorp Guys, this is just getting ridiculous. We are suffering from one outage after another. Yesterday we were unable to get to the internet through #Frontier for several hours. Today we have experienced our second outage in just two hours. I think we're going to leave your service.

    @FrontierCorp (1 of 2) Thanks, Steph. A technician actually dropped by our house this afternoon to check on us. Said his supervisor asked him to. Apparently we needed to be reauthenticated after the outage yesterday. Someone in tech support was finally able to help last night.
