    @FrontierCorp watch out consumers because this company will bill you even when they can verify you didn’t use the service. All bc I forgot to contact them when stuck in a country lockdown abroad during a pandemic. So disappointing.

    @FrontierCorp willing wish I had reliable internet like when I had @Ask_Spectrum, everytime we call about one of the 10 or so internet dropping issues, they only want to upgrade me from the 1Gb to the 2Gb. Never had issues with @Ask_Spectrum . #tryharder #internetoutage

    @GetSpectrum was ahead of schedule (twice now), with technicians on site (twice: once to run a new line from the street and then to bury it), and had our service online in 40 minutes flat. @FrontierCorp was still trying to figure out if my FiOS service has an ONT.

    @AskFrontier I have power in my house. But the Verizon/Frontier box in garage is dead. People in my neighborhood have working Frontier Internet. App won’t let me place a service request while there is an outage.

    @FrontierCorp (1 of 2) Thanks, Steph. A technician actually dropped by our house this afternoon to check on us. Said his supervisor asked him to. Apparently we needed to be reauthenticated after the outage yesterday. Someone in tech support was finally able to help last night.

    @GetSpectrum has not once, but 3 now, shown @FrontierCorp how business gets done. It's early stages, but so far Spectrum is kicking the ******* out of Frontier, in every category: cust service, support, response time, network availability, and network performance, at 1/2 the $$

    @FrontierCorp pretty stoked to have HBO MAX and that it didn’t take forever. I also noticed the HBO On Demand has increased in content by about 1000% so I never really missed out. Watching @TheVowHBO

    @FrontierCorp Guys, this is just getting ridiculous. We are suffering from one outage after another. Yesterday we were unable to get to the internet through #Frontier for several hours. Today we have experienced our second outage in just two hours. I think we're going to leave your service.

    @AskFrontier @Verizon since they’re connected. Are both down now. 78640. Barely any service and should have full 5g uw. Barely lte working. And fiber is out.

    Hey @FrontierCorp Bad cable install = no Net for a week. Eero replacement won’t help the issue. But only “resolution” offered was DIY new Eero (3more days) and then wait more days for on-site tech??? How ‘bout tech comes ASAP w/Eero and cable and does the job right this time?
