    @MsMediaT @VerizonSupport Verizon wireless is xfinity which is my internet service and I finally got my issue resolved by filing a complaint with the FTC. I can promise you that you will be taken care of as the FTC does not play games with these companies eating all our money away.

    When you give a @comcastcares rep a difficult problem and the keep you on hold hoping you’ll hang up! Hey Comcast my 74-y/r Father-in-law needs his password reset and doesn’t have internet as a validation method. Which by the way is really not a good 2nd factor.

    @Xfinity survey-a joke. actual service awful. Normal CS is horrible-but last lady was pleasant. Not a day goes by we do not exp a problem with internet & TV. We are sick and tired of shutting it down, resetting it, calling problem in, & waiting for it to come up. Just sick of it

    @toshanshuinLA I know for ondemand stuff for Comcast, sling, etc... they stopped allowing pause, rewind, fast forward on most content for I’m assuming advertising purposes, but like I’m paying for this specific service, I should have that option. Just ******* dumb

    @alexaphilippou If Xfinity and Scripps don't reach an agreement a huge swath of fans will not be able 2 watch the Friday night doubleheaders on ION. That is a HUGE problem that the WNBA needs 2 address. Last thing they need as their popularity increases is 2 have limited TV coverage. Needs a fix

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
